Today is #InternationalDanceDay and we are celebrating with some of our favorite videos Step x Step has filmed from all around the world!

From US to Norway, France to Korea, Egypt to Netherlands we got you covered! Even though some of these were filmed right here in the US, they are from other countries and we highly respect all these amazing dancers. So hop on and let’s take a journey around the world!

New Zealand: Performing their traditional Haka dance at HHI every year, they can really get down!

Norway: Had the opportunity to film an incredible dancer, Camilla Vanilla from Oslo, Norway. Having learned under many legendary dancers like Mr. Wiggles and others, we knew of Camilla well before traveling out to the Scandinavian country. Which is why we filmed her getting down in the subway system of Oslo.

Egypt: With Red Bull BC One hosting it’s Middle East/Africa Finals in Cairo, our rep Ziad was able to capture some of the best moments from the worldwide breaking competition. What’s great to see with each of these locations is the true culture and influence of traditions into each of these dancers and crews

Korea: We take it back to 2014 in Seoul where #SXSTV rep, Justin Curry, made it out to Juste Debout Korea Qualifier. Covering all 4 styles from JD including Popping, Locking, Hip Hop, and House, we were able to see some of the freshest talent from around South Korea.

France: One of the greatest moments in #SXSTV history was the opportunity to fly to France for Chelles Battle Pro, Urbanation, Battle of the Sexes, and Juste Debout 2013 Finals. We met so many great people and heard so many great stories about the history of Paris and French Hip Hop styles. One of our favorite performances was with Salah at Chelles Battle Pro.

Netherlands: Having our Europe director for #SXSTV in Holland has been one of the greatest blessings as Stefani has put so much into this family dream. She has built many great friendships and relationships with ProDance, Forever, IBE, and a number of other dancers, crews, and individuals. Here’s just a highlight of what she’s covered.

USA: Finally bringing it home with Miles “Baby Boogaloo” Brown in the Big Apple. One of our first features we ever filmed was with the young sensation, and now he’s on the hit TV show “Blackish.” We are always thankful to see have these opportunities to film incredible dancers of all ages
