Fresh and Fly Productions has been holding it down covering and throwing events for the Sacramento street dance scene since 2012. Sacramento continues to produce amazing talent from the street dance community as well as the choreography scene, so it’s no wonder Fresh and Fly continues to build the Hip Hop scene in the northern California capital city.

Fresh and Fly Productions is a dynamic team of individuals dedicated to building the positive hip hop scene in Sacramento, California, and the entire world. Our founders, Larry “Phatso Fresh” Oliver and Amanda “Miss Fly” Oliver believe that dance, art, music, and media can change the world,” according to Fresh and Fly Prod. Facebook.

Last weekend in Roseville, Fresh and Fly hosted another great community event all about recognizing some of the up and coming talent around the capital of California. “The Come Up was originally done back in 2011 and featured a 21 and under battle. Now that we have a whole new crop of dancers, we felt it would be great to bring this concept back.”

Another part of the event included The 2015 Freshie Awards, “created as a way to recognize the hardest working dancers that come to the Sacramento area,” says Fresh and Fly. The event also included a 2on2 21 and under  Bboy Battle, 1 on 1 All Styles and Bboy battle, and earlier in the day Urban Action Figure, Bboy Ivan taught a workshop.
